Good afternoon across all North American Timezones now. How’s things over there in the Rust Belt & Bible Belt today? Well, that’s good! Good afternoon again.

Free ones: Rundown…

Aqueduct 7, 8
Gulfstream Park Proper 7, 8, 9, 10

Pay-side (Weekend/Weekday): Today…

Fair Grounds 2, 3, 5, 6, 8
Turfway 2, 5, 6, 8

Today’s Stakes Pageantry: None today, but your Columbus Blue Jackets shoot for their 17th consecutive win when they visit the always-formidable Wash., D.C., franchise in the Big-League Ice Hockey. Fine contest.

Yesterday’s Activity:

Track (Win Mutuels $20+/Gettable)

Delta (1/0) — 2 men arrested after pursuit on I-10 in stolen vehicle in Calcasieu Parish.

Gulf (1/1) — Race 6 was contentious, but only High-Octane Chancers and Progressive-Minded Eggheads had the attraction to Pretty Perfection, 83 on the LifeLiner Speed Column analysis; she rallied like the champion she should have been, winning by a clean neck at $29-even. Good work.

Mahoning (1/1) — Race 6 was not contentious, but High-Octane Chancers and Progressive-Minded Eggheads caught Dual Qualifier Quick Hit Fever (99, 99) (!); she was a stalking-horse throughout, winning by a clean neck at $26.80. Good work.

PennNat (0/0) — Host Flyers lose to Blueshirt Rangers, 5-2; Jakub Voracek had both Philalala goals.

Tampa (3/2½) — Race 4 was not contentious, but High-Octane Chancers and Progressive-Minded Eggheads went for the prayer on Blessed At Mass, a sufficient 83 on the LifeLiner Spread Column analysis; he had to rally, though, and hard, before winning by 1 at $131.80 — sorry, fans of Don Trump Sr., that’s neither fake news nor a typo; regrets! Next race, and it was the Old-School Champeens catching first-timer Wild Pitch, Fair Odds of 5-1 on the conventional V6 Betting Line; she also won by 1, paying $31.20 up top. The natural daily double paid $2,582.60 (for $2). In Race 8, contentious, only High-Octane Chancers and Progressive-Minded Eggheads could welcome Kutschman, 86 on the LifeLiner Speed Column analysis; he rallied like the champion he should have been, winning by a clean neck at $27.20. Good work.

Turfway (0/0) — Fire-damaged Rabbit Hash General Store likely to reopen this spring.

Turf Paradise (0/0) — Visiting Coyotes blanked by Vancouver, 3-nil; Martin Hanzal was whistled for Arizona’s only penalty.
