Calder (0/0) — Heat lose at Toronto, 96-87; Hassan Whiteside scored 21 pts. for Miami.

Chas. Town (1/1) — Contentious in the fourth, and High-Octane Chancers and Progressive-Minded Eggheads had an 80 on the LifeLiner Spread Column on Mean Bean, who had to rally mildly to win by 3 parts of a length at $23.20. Good work.

Delta (2/0) — Lake Chas. man indicted on murder charge in convenience-store shooting.

Golden Gate (5/2) — Race 4 was not contentious, but High-Octane Chancers and Progressive-Minded Eggheads had a case for Sizzling Eddie and his 85 on the LifeLiner Spread Column analysis; he went gate-to-wire to win by 4 at $50-straight. In Race 7, contentious, Art of War also was eligible for consideration by High-Octane Chancers and Progressive-Minded Eggheads, thanks to an 87 on the LifeLiner Spread Column analysis; she had to rally hard, though, to win by a clean head at $22.80. Good work.

PennNat (0/0) — Penna. bill to deter texting and driving signed into law.

Retama (1/0) — Spurs win at Utah, 100-86; Kawhi Leonard scored 29 pts. for San Antonio.

Remington (4/2) — The opener was not contentious, but High-Octane Chancers and Progressive-Minded Eggheads had a field-best 83 on the LifeLiner Spread Column analysis on Sheza lUTE, who was a stalking-horse throughout before winning by a clean half-length at $33.40. In Race 6, contentious, Dual Qualifier Valentine Street (70, 75) (!) was in play for High-Octane Chancers and Progressive-Minded Eggheads, who saw him rally like the champion he’s on his way to becoming en route to a clean half-length win at $50.80. Good work.

Santa Anita (3/1) — The finale was contentious, and Dual Qualifier Frank Conversation (80, 80) (!) rallied to a clean half-length win at $75.80. Good work.
