BestLine Racing Society Recap

Did not care to be bamboozled at Swampatoga today. We’ll be back there for the people Saturday & Sunday — never fear, BestLine will be here! Or something like that.

Yesterday’s late results from Del Mar were profitable, with #6 Slammed (.355 Win Prob / 1.82-1 Fair Odds / 2.38-1 Premium Odds) winning Race 5 at $11.40.

Then in the next race there, #7 Duvet Day (.228 / 3.39 / 4.26) prevailed on the rally at $23-even. The $2 daily double on Races 5 & 6 paid $164.40; the premium price on that combination was $35.55.

Later at the Chas. Town, Race 5 went to #1 Ellies Lil Castle (.136 / 6.35 / 9.29), $31-even up top. Race 7 was won by #5 Good Karma (.180 / 4.56 / 6.78) at $18.20.

Though Swampatoga was off-limits this afternoon, we did go to Monmouth & Gulf. At the former, Race 2 found #3 Above Par (.252 / 2.97 / 4.56) winning for the PGA Tour at $11.60. At the latter, #4 Ain’t Wasting Time (.151 / 5.62 / 8.27) was valuable in an $18.80 win.

Del Mar is just starting, and the nighttime track below is the underrated Century Mile in Edmonton, Alb., Canada.
