BestLine Racing Society Recap: 

Went with The Finger & The Thistle this morning; no turf course at either track, so much easier to handle in the case of inclement weather.

Race 2 at The Finger was one of ’em patented BestLine Racing Society Live Longshot Races. On the BestLine Fair Odds & Premium Odds Betting Line, your top two morning-line choices were at the bottom; that opened-up the toteboard nicely, and #3 Sneads (.270 Win Prob / 2.70-1 Fair Odds / 4.19-1 Premium Odds) was able to get away as your longest shot in the five-horse field — 20-1. 

Sneads won at $42.40, and #1 Uno (.323 / 2.10 / 2.72), the 6-5 actual fave from a 4-1 morning line, ran second to complete your winning $183.50 exacta, which was well in excess of the premium price of $31.17. Sometimes!

Race 3 at The Finger, and #2 Inalienable Rights (.192 / 4.21 / 6.29) scored at $22.40 up top. No pulse on the exacta, but the $2 daily double on Races 2 & 3 paid $238.50, well in excess of the premium price of $54.23. Well in excess!

Race 7 at The Finger was won by $5 Holy Cowboy (.179 / 4.59 / 6.82) at $16.20. So that’s three win-overlay connections on the Finger card today.

At The Thistle in the opener, #3 Street of Jewels (.376 / 1.66 / 2.19) went off at 10-1 and won, paying $22.80; the exacta with #5 Justasmalltowngirl (.191 / 4.24 / 6.33) paid $53.40 and was worthwhile.
