Paradoxically, more expenditure, more energy!

Yea, verily, one of those days where all the physical activity just sort of happened, and then added-up. Tennis, swimming, walking, kicking those infamous Chuckit® Max Glow rubber balls on the patio with and at Kevork K. Kanine. What are you gonna do?

So far today, a low-priced overlay in the Aqueduct opener with #7 Salute to America (.224 win prob / 3.46-1 Fair Odds / 4.36-1 Premium Odds) prevailing at $10.80.

Next race there, #2 Waters of Merom (.292 / 2.42 / 3.79) winning at $17.20. The daily double, if you’re into that sort of wagering, should have paid $41.77, even at a premium, and it paid $82.50, for $2.

Gulf 1 had #3 Shanghai Warrior (.347 / 1.88 / 2.46) finishing first and returning $8.20 straight.

Still in play for the evenly matched races:

Aqueduct 5
#2 Cousteau (.293 / 2.41 / 3.10)
#6 Rock Sugar (.282 / 2.55 / 3.26)
#5 Blu Grotto (.172 / 4.81 / 7.14)

Laurel 8
#7 She’s a Tripp (.300 / 2.33 / 3.00)
#4 Kobe’s Girl (.299 / 2.34 / 3.01)
#3 Holy Pink (.183 / 4.46 / 6.65)
#6 Market of Stocks (.141 / 6.09 / 8.93)

Oaklawn 4
#7 Toma Todo (.207 / 3.83 / 5.76)
#6 Wartime Hero (.206 / 3.85 / 5.80)
#5 Englander (.160 / 5.25 / 7.75)
#2 Ekati’s Verve (.152 / 5.58 / 8.21)

For the less daring:

Gulf 8
#5 Warwoman (.307 / 2.26 / 2.91), 15-pt. gap to second-ranked horse

Oaklawn 5
#3 Wildwood Z (.403 / 1.48 / 1.98), 20-pt. gap

Get up & go!
