Yesterday’s Activity:

Track (Win Mutuels $20+/Gettable)

Arlington (0/0) — Ill. delegate booted from RNC for racially charged FB post.

Belterra (1/1) — The opener was not contentious, but High-Octane Chancers saw the field-best 81 on the LifeLiner Spread Column analysis on Rose Basket; she went gate-to-wire to win by a clean half-length at $54.20. Good work.

Chas. Town (0/0) — Trailer fire closes southbound I-81 near Baker Hts.

Delpark (0/0) — 2 found dead in Del. shopping-center parking lot.

Del Mar (2/1) — Race 3 was not contentious, but High-Octane Chancers saw Dual Qualifier Freddies Dream (83, 85) rally like the champion he could have been, winning by a clean nose at $26-even. Good work.

Evangeline (4/2) — Race 3 had the first-timer Alaina’s Half Ours atop the conventional, noncontentious V6 Betting Line at Fair Odds of 2½-1. As well, ’Alaina had a sufficient connection-line slashline readout of 11pc/18pc/24pc, and she rallied like the champion she’s on her way to becoming, winning by a clean half-length at $23.20. In Race 6, Run Lanie Run had it all, something for everyone — Old-School Champeens, Progressive-Minded Eggheads and, obviously, High-Octane Chancers — as the top pick at Fair Odds of 3½-1 on a contentious, conventional V6 Betting Line; as well, ’Lanie had an OK 82 on the LifeLiner Speed Column analysis. She went gate-to-wire somehow, winning by 1¼ at $21.80. Good work.

Finger (0/0) — Canandaigua selects new police chief.

Fair Meadows (3/1) — Race 3 was not contentious, but High-Octane Chancers spotted the competitive 85 on the LifeLiner Spread Column analysis; he went gate-to-wire to win by 5 at $20.80. Good work.

Gulf (0/0) — Visiting Marlins trounce Philalala, 9-3; Marcell Ozuna had 2 hits and 2 RBIs for Miami.

Indiana (1/0) — Couple robbed in Ind. park while using augmented-reality gameplay app.

Louisiana (3/0) — Racist social-media post lands Bossier City woman in hot water.

PennNat (0/0) — See Gulf commentary.

Presque (2/1) — Dual Qualifier Gussied Up (88, 90) went gate-to-wire in a contentious Race 5, winning by 1¾ at $30.80. Good work.

Prairie (1/1) — Dual Qualifier Westbound (88, 87) went gate-to-wire in a noncontentious Race 5, winning by 1¾ at $22.20. Good work.

Sac’to, Northern Cal., Sac’to, Northern Cal. (0/0) — Gunman shoots at vehicle, kills man in Stockton.
