Sparkling Jewel was second-best on the conventional V6 Betting Line at Fair Odds of 4½-1, and he was a Dual Qualifier (84, 91) too. ’Jewel stayed in touch throughout before wearing ’em down late to win by a clean head at $21-even. Good work.
