’I got a plan to get me out of debt/I’m gonna play the superfecta bet…’

Seriously, though, music like this will be outlawed in The Next Administration. This kind of song will be decreed too sad, too loser, not shiny enough, too realistic.

Free ones: Rundown…

Belmont 6, 7, 8
Santa Anita 1, 7, 8, 11

Pay-side (Weekend/Weekday): Today…

Arlington 3, 4, 5, 6, 7
Belterra 6, 8
Churchill 5, 6, 8, 10
Delpark 9
Golden Gate 2, 8, 9, 10
Louisiana 3, 4
Lone Star 1, 3, 4, 5, 8, 9
Monmouth 9
Woodbine 6, 7, 10

Today’s Stakes Pageantry: Pay-side has Arlington 7, Churchill 6.

Should be OK for the obvious and favored #4 About a Girl in Assiniboia 3.

Likewise #3 Lightstream in Belmont 10. Next race there, #1 Paulassilverlining at odds-on and rallying while #2 West Coast Chick has the early flair. Which prevails?

#4 Learnin’ the Game is the standout in Horsemen’s Park Omaha 5. That’s Horsemen’s Park Omaha. Make a note of it.

Yesterday’s Activity:

Arlington (0/0) — Cubs crush host San Francisco, 8-1; Jake Arrieta is now 8-0 on the season with an ERA of 1.29.

Assiniboia (1/0) — RCMP have laid charges against a 30-year-old man involved in a police shooting south of Portage la Prairie.

Belmont (1/1) — Race 2 upsetter Gregg’s Beauty should have been publicly touted but for sleepyheaded lie-a-bed Back Room Boys, what else? Bums! Anyway, ’Beauty was one of ’em Dual Qualifier (89, 93) horses in a contentious race, and she went gate-to-wire to win by 3½ at $29.20. Good work.

Belterra (2/1) — Race 7 gettable via Validated Blarney, $23.80, a Dual Qualifier (99, 87) in a contentious race.

Canterbury (0/0) — Twins lose for 31st time this season (in 41 games), to visiting Toronto now, 9-3; Robbie Grossman had a good shabbes, going 3-for-4 with HR and 3 RBI.

Churchill (1/0) — Residents concerned with crime in Shelby Park neighborhood.

Chas. Town (2/1) — The Greek Bop provided one of ’em King of The NetCapper Bullies Nightcap Specials via a field-best number on the LifeLiner Spread Column analysis; he went gate-to-wire to win by 2¾ at $24.80. Good work.

Emerald (1/0) — Mariners go 7 games clear of breakeven with 8-3 road win at Cincinnati; Dae-Ho Lee smacked a 3-run HR in the win.

Evangeline (2/0) — St. Martinville police looking for suspect in Friday afternoon shooting.

Golden Gate (0/0) — See Arlington commentary.

Gulf (0/0) — Mob of women attack Victoria’s Secret employee in Miami Lakes.

Horsemen’s Park (0/0) — Omaha police cruiser damaged in overnight hit-and-run.

Indiana (0/0) — Woman is shot and wounded in in drive-by shooting in the 7100 block of Kensington Dr. in Indpls.

Los Alamitos (0/0) — Angels lose at home to Balto., 9-4; Johnny Giavotella had an RBI in the defeat.

Louisiana (1/0) — State Rep. Kennie Havard says he will not apologize for stripper-weight amendment.

Lone Star (1/0) — Rangers edge host Houston, 2-1; Colby Lewis pitched 7 shutout innings for his 3rd win of the season.

Northlands (

PennNat (1/1) — Mid Life Crisis (!) took the opener at $31-even; the race was not contentious, but High-Octane Chancers would have accepted the commendable 88 ’Crisis scored on the LifeLiner Spread Column analysis. Good work.

Pimlico (1/0) — See Los Alamitos commentary.

Prairie (1/1) — Excessive had the just-right 95 on the LifeLiner Spread Column analysis in a noncontentious race; still, High-Octane Chancers were able to capitalize on Excessive’s gate-to-wire score at $37-straight. Good work.

Santa Anita (1/1) — No public tout forthcoming on first-timer Song of Ekati, the winner of Race 4, owing to the low 5-1 odds on your morning line; however, ’Ekati was top-ranked on the conventional V6 Betting Line, and she had a sufficient connection-line readout of 15pc/16pc/18pc. Song of Ekati paid $36 up top. Good work.

Thistle (0/0) — Indians get 4-2 road win at Boston; Jason Kipnis had a good shabbes, going 2-for-5 with a 3-run HR. Mazel!

Woodbine (0/0) — See Canterbury commentary.
