‘Ridi, Pagliaccio!’

Greetings from No. Holly! It’s doubtful that That One Presidential Hopeful You’re Most Closely Associating With This Establishment will be comparing his clownishness against that displayed by this 32-foot-high signage. Pity.

Tossup between which of the two induces the scarier nightmares.

Free ones: Rundown…

Aqueduct 3
Gulfstream Park Proper 5, 6, 7, 8
Santa Anita 5, 6, 8

Pay-side (Weekend/Weekday): Today…

Fair Grounds 1, 3, 8
Golden Gate 2, 4, 6
Oaklawn 1, 3, 4, 5, 7, 9
Tampa 6, 8
Turfway 2, 6, 7, 9

Today’s Stakes Pageantry: None today, but a couple of teams with potentially long and strong playoff runs will face off this evening at the Scottrade Center when the St. Louis Blues host the Blueshirt Rangers. This ought to be a good one.

Yesterday’s Activity:

Track (Win Mutuels $20+/Gettable)

Delta (4/1½) — Petionville Ridge took the fourth at $34.40 off a Dual Qualifying 84-93 in the LifeLiner Speed Column and LifeLiner Spread Columns, respectively. The race was contentious, and that was enough. Two races later there, top of the Betting Line Lil Allie Dancer, 5-1 Fair Odds in a classically contentious race, won at $26-straight; no LifeLiner support on her, but vintage V6 Horse A overlay-seekers would have nailed it. Half a get.

Gulf (2/1) — In the second, Lady Nura was your $58.20 upsetter, and you did not need to be a High-Octane Chancer to take her down. The race was contentious, and ’Nura had the top-top 97-95 in LifeLiner Speed and LifeLiner Spread. Too good to pass up. Slam-dunker. Not a public tout due to the late-riser tendencies of the Boys In The Backroom. Oh, well. Simply circumvent their early-morning soporifics by running the V6 software yourself. Just a thought.

Mahoning (1/1) — Sheza Fine Justice, $41.60, won Race 4 as your high-rated LifeLiner Speed Column analysis horsey: 84. Maybe the race was not deemed contentious, but you probably would have cashed the ticket.

PennNat (0/0) — Pa. presidential primary on Apr. 26.

Tampa (0/0) — Fla. presidential primary on March 15.

Turf Paradise (1/0) — Ariz. presidential primary on March 22.

WMF Report:

Aqueduct 6f
Chas. Town 6½f
Fair Grounds 6f
PennNat 6f
Santa Anita 6f, 1m
Turfway 6½f

Fair Grounds 1m (T)

Nocturnal Submission: Sifting through the wreckage…

Thank you. Best wishes. Goodbye. Later!
