Prior to the third of the raceday scratches in Suffolk 5, the race shaped up as contentious, with Bonkersmate Conrad Crossing falling out of the Betting Line yet qualifying on LifeLiner. Touted on the pay-side, Conrad Crossing returned more than $50 to win.
