brocco

Cruciferous veggiesz #1 alwayszzz…

Broccoli! It’s just a good strategy. Now it helps with keeping the osteoarthritis away. Throw in a little garlic on it, on this brocco or on rabe or on Chinese brocco, and you’re all set. Eat up! Can’t be friends with mopesz who disavow the brocco.

Ginger supposedly has good qualities, but it is too Asian, just too Asian. If you don’t ingest ginger, that’s OK by us.

Free ones: Rundown…

Saratoga Race Course 4, 5, 6, 10
Del Mar Thoroughbred Club 1, 2, 3, 5, 6

Pay-side: Today…

Woodbine 1

Today’s Stakes Pageantry: Saratoga 4 is the My Flag, and it’s on the free page.

Slight nod to #6 La Reine Bourbon in Sar 8, the P.G. Johnson.

Wow, Ontario. Opening up the stakes for an otherwise drowsy Wednesday! What you got going on up there, another Civic Holiday? The Feast Day of Ste. Kateri Tekakwitha or something similar? Wait, she’s Quebec, right? Hoo-boy. Saints preserve us!

At any rate, the third at Rexdale-Etobicoke Int’l. is the Kenora. In it, #2 Black Hornet should be enough.

Interesting Race 9 tonight at Indiana. It’s the Brickyard (insert Indycar sound effects here), and #3 Pico Suave and #13 Scatterfield are an heralded duo.

Yesterday’s Activity: Disaster! Wasn’t the first time, won’t be the last. Racing!
