All this sentiment for New Orleans! Now we have the intro for the late, lamented, one-season-only “Frank’s Place” on the CBS Television Network. That inane sissie snob shows like “Frasier” and “Will & Grace” lasted longer than it, by up to 10 times, beggars belief — there’s simply no accounting for taste! Truly, bring back “Frank’s Place” — and “The Famous Teddy Z”, too!
