First Bird of 2012

First Bird of 2012

Three things: pitchers and catchers have reported for Spring Training, so the prospect of a Red “Doctober” is not that far off; here’s the first local bloom of the Bird of Paradise, and local temps are headed for the mid-60s °F in Studio City; finally, a gratuitous One-Eyed Pug appearance for you.

Like this Santorum fightback in which he claims Willard’s great heroics in the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake were really just Mr. Romney going hat-in-hand to the Congress, which in turn obliged him. Nice! We like this primary season where it’s turning into a bench-clearing hockey brawl with fights breaking out sporadically at all ends of the rink. Come on, Newt! Come on, Ronald! Pile on!
