Ready for Its Close-Up

Politics aside, now in Hollywood!

The day is at hand: the opening of the first Chik-Fil-A resto here in Los Angeles/Hollywood proper. Until now, you had to go down to, fittingly, the southern reaches of L.A. County to savor the ne plus ultra in fried-poultry sandwiches. Now, it’s just a 15-min. trip from the Home Office, and none of that snarling gridlock to endure — all navigable on the surface streets! As well, it’s safe to say we won’t have to fight off any lispy Prius drivers from West Hollywood in the parking lot. As usual, good, unique food > cookie-cutter politics. Eat up! Bon appétit!
