Your Saturday Stakes Sweep: Saturday, Jan. 15, 2011

Interesting and eclectic trio for yourself for your holiday Saturday.

One on each coast, plus an issue near the border between Tex. and N.M.

(First, a disclaimer: It looks too good for the great #6 Big Drama in the seventh at ’ Gulf, the Grade III Mistah Prospector.)

OK. Now on to the Tampa, where the ninth is the Pasco. We shall try to defeat the morning-line fave. Top hopes fall to the track oddsmaker’s second-choice, #10 Bert B Don. And #7 Brock N Rock can’t be as bad as his forecast 30-1 in the official track program!

On the other side of the nation, let’s try the third at Santer Aniter, the Grade III Sham. Again, the probable public choice appears vulnerable. Rather, it’s #1 Clubhouse Ride who will be overlooked.

Finally, over to the Sunland for the 10th, the LaSenora. Yet again, the radar detects a morning-line top selection that can be beat. Naturally, the radar is susceptible to being jammed and displaying spurious readings due to all manner of interference; however, we can attempt to put longshot hopes on #5 Ransomsgoodfriday and #1 Tin Can Kitty without any fear or hesitation.

Thank you very much! See you next time!

P.S. As well, there are two more added-money events to ponder on the free scoop page, which appears every major-circuit racing day, stakes races or not.
