WMF Report: Saturday, Oct. 9, 2010

Some goodies for your Saturday…

Looks good for the leaders at 4 1/2f at Chas. Town; WMF there is 737. Yow!

Good times continue for 6f up-front-types at DelPark Slots & Table Gamesz. That’s a WMF 195.

The Finger has been running against type lately, up to a stunning WMF 205 at 6f.

OakTree@Hollypark has the same synthetic as the summer Hollywood meet, as evidenced by the WMF 12 at 1 1/16m. Small sample, though.

Los Al in the O.C. resembles Charles Town, literally and figuratively.

Nice 1-turn 1m trip at Laurel, WMF 185. Do it today, though, since they don’t run there on Sundays during the NFL season, currently 16 games.

Mid-Atlantic speed brigade also in effect at Monmouth, at least until the Gov. sells them out.

A stronger outlook, at least politically, at PennNat, where the Thoroughbreds get a fat WMF 350 at 6f. Not as good at Parx (a k a Philadelphia, nee Keystone), but still pretty solid up-front at 6f, WMF 150, and at 5 1/2f, WMF 300.

Pick a horse with at least some late-punch at Remington, for years now the best real-dirt rally-track in North America.

Must be an Eastern Seaboard thing: Suffolk also with a strong WMF 170 at 6f.

The day’s shocking shot belongs to Woodbine, where the 6f WMF 140 is as good as it gets on the fake stuff.
