For any skilled SOcial MEdia mavens out there — and you know who you are! — what’s the protocol here? When someone follows you unbidden, are you morally obligated to follow-back? Must you always be nice (read: noncritical) to them since they followed you and can listen-in on everything you tweet about them? How’s the etiquette here?
