Another La-La Land hipster burger joint…

From Studio City, everybody, good eating!

The gimmick here is a ground short-rib smashburger that stays pretty juicy & tender even after the flattening process takes place on the griddle. It holds up well to all the slopping of sauces & cheeses & pickles on top, and it remains a better culinary experience than the big-chain conveyor-belt meals shoved-out by Shake Shack, Five Guys, In-N-Out etc. As well, you can get a beer here, dear, and the French-fried potatoes are cooked in beef tallow, which is what The Giant Golden McDollars used to use before the Sacred Cow Coalition took all that away from Ronald the Clown, forcing him to make the switch to the uncontroversial but also unflavorful vegetable oil.

BestLine Racing Society Recap:

One post-press-time connection to report from last night’s (Monday’s) late action: At New Cumberland, W.Va., your Race 8 finale went to #2 Cold Plunge (.162 Win Prob / 5.17-1 Fair Odds / 6.41-1 Premium Odds) at $17.80.

As for today (Tuesday), some of your races went like this…

Starting as we often do in The Empire State of New York, specifically Canandaigua, whose Race 4 was won by #4 Shezenticing (.199 / 4.03 / 5.03) at $19.60.

Race 2 out of Shelbyville, Ind., had #1 Complex Music (.378 / 1.65 / 2.17) playing a winning song at $8.60. In Race 7 #12 Grand Hideaway (.159 / 5.29 / 7.81) was really hard for the public to find in a $77.20 shocker.
