Names airbrushed-out to protect the not-so-innocent
Well, now, Happy Saint Valentine’s Day 2019.
This is the kind of greeting card that plays well here in erstwhile sunny La-La Land. The peng-a-wins shown are identical in that SOCIALIST kind of way, and neither’s gender is apparent from the outside. Of course, you try to market this card over in Mexico, Mo., a small town just a bit northeast of Columbia right in the middle of the state, and you’ll be transported downstate to the Reeducation Camps in Branson to watch some righteous and God-fearing entertainment! That’ll learn ya’, ya’ flea-bitten varmint! Now dance, varmint! I said dance!
Yesterday:
Chas. Town 1
#6 Charitable Hero ($37.60, BestLine Fair Odds 3.27-1)
Sam Houston 6
#1 Arched Feather ($20.20, BestLine Fair Odds 3.90-1)
Tampa 5
#12 The Curt Fox ($60.40, BestLine Fair Odds 5.25-1)
Gulf 8 (Low-Priced Overlay of the Day)
#5 Skywire ($8.40, BestLine Fair Odds 2.09=1)
Yesterday’s selected track was Turf Paradise, and the contentious ones there were identified as Races 5, 7 & 8. Race 5 had three overlays; Race 8 had two overlays; and Race 7 had two overlays, one of which was the race winner at $17-even up top. This time the strike came in the middle.
