There’s a couple of plucked strings at 0:10 to mimic raindrops; there’s the percussion at 0:13 (tom-tom) and 0:15 (snare crash with harsh guitar chord) sounding like two thunderclaps and a flash of lightning, respectively. Put your ears to the test!
As well, it sounds like there’s a hammer clanking against iron nails around 3:04 and 3:12. Good song.
