P.S. The brisket turned out well enough — the people ate it and none of the napkins at the end were wadded-up with bits of unchewed meat, nor did Kevork lap at the floor in knowing expectation. So thank Yahweh for that, plus now there’s some for later for sandwiches (heavy on the horseradish!) and maybe a chili or something. We pray for the next right action in this regard.
