Yesterday turned out better for the forecasters, with the two predicted low-priced horseys coming through in fine style. It happens! As well, the faves in the longshot-looking races did not run to their public backing, though the eventual double-digit winners escaped our attentions. That happens too!
Today we have two favorite-looking races to ponder: Big Fresno Fair 6 and Los Alamitos 2; beating the chalk in one of those two, or both? Uh, maybe that’s an exercise in shark-drowning. Maybe.
For the Longshot Louies, Woodbine 10 is promising. Seneca, Epictetus, Marcus Aurelius…good guys, not mopes.
