Oaklawn (3/2) — The opener was contentious, and players of all stripes had no problems with Dual Qualifier Exquisite Lady (99, 97), Fair Odds of 6-1; she went gate-to-wire to win by 3 at $26.60. The finale was not contentious, but High-Octane Chancers and Progressive-Minded Eggheads sought the W via Dual Qualifier Rich E Z (90, 84); he went off at 15-1 and rallied like the champion he should have been, getting the win, albeit in a dead-heat in which he paid $15.80 up top. Good work.
