Fair Grounds (2/1) — Debut-issue Girvin, Fair Odds of 6-1 and with a connection-line/slashline readout of 15pc/15pc/11pc, was open to all comers in a crazy-contentious Race 8; he raced ribcage-to-wire to win by a clean head at $20.20. Good work.

Gulf (2/2) — Race 2 was not contentious, but High-Octane Chancers and Progressive-Minded Eggheads had a sufficient rating on the LifeLiner Spread Column analysis on Gracielita, who was a stalking-horse throughout before winning by 2 at $22-even. In a contentious Race 4, players of all stripes took the gamble on Mai Ty One On, a first-timer at Fair Odds of 2½-1 and a connection-line/slashline readout of 21pc/17pc/24pc; he raced mane-to-wire to win by a clean half-length at $24.80. Good work.

Hawthorne (1/1) — Race 8 was contentious, but only High-Octane Chancers and Progressive-Minded Eggheads saw the sparkle in Dual Qualifier Lagoon of Diamonds (84, 80), who was a stalking-horse throughout before winning by a clean half-length at $26.60. Good work.

Los Alamitos Nighttime (0/0) — Disneyland’s oldest employee celebrates Diamond Anniversary with company.

Los Alamitos Thoroughbreds (3/1) — Race 7 was not contentious, but High-Octane Chancers and Progressive-Minded Eggheads had the minimum-qualifying 80 on the LifeLiner Speed Column on Yoked, who rallied like the champion he should have been, winning by a clean nose at $26.40. Good work.
