Some people claim the Bible is their favorite book; but when you hear them talk or you observe their acts, their version must have had the pages of the New Testament, save Revelation, ripped out.

As well, the three modes of persuasion are ethos, pathos and logos. To become President these days, all you need is pathos. Hoo-boy.

Track (Win Mutuels $20+/Gettable)

Aqueduct (1/1) — Race 8 was contentious, and Dual Qualifier Liberty Holiday (97, 93) was appealing to High-Octane Chancers and Progressive-Minded Eggheads; he had to rally, though, before winning by 1½ at $20.40. Good work.

Churchill (2/1) — The finale was contentious, and only High-Octane Chancers and Progressive-Minded Eggheads had a read on Secrets of Summer, 84 on the LifeLiner Spread Column analysis; but she had to rally hard en route to a 2¼-length win at $56.60. Good work.

Calder (2/2) — Race 9 was contentious, and Old-School Champeens were free-and-clear with Big City Heart, Fair Odds of 4½-1 while atop the conventional V6 Betting Line; as well, ’Heart was a Dual Qualifier (80, 84) for the High-Octane Chancers and Progressive-Minded Eggheads. He raced tail-to-wire to win by a clean head at $23.60. Race 10 also was contentious, and also was OK for all three types of players, thanks to Dual Qualifier Dominate (84, 82; plus Fair Odds of 5-1); Dominate won by 3 parts of a length at $21-even. Race 3 was contentious, but only High-Octane Chancers and Progressive-Minded Eggheads could consider Full Quest, a bare-minimum 80 on the LifeLiner Spread Column analysis; he too had to rally, winning by a clean half-length at $20-straight. The natural daily double paid $1,360 (for $2). Good work.

PennNat (1/0) — Flyers lose at Toronto, 6-3; Wayne Simmonds scored twice for Philalala.

Retama (1/1) — Old-School Champeens gain revenge in a contentious Race 4 via Numancia, Fair Odds of 3½-1 and with no LifeLiner backing; she won by 2 at $22-even. Good work.

Remington (1/0) — Host Thunder edged by La-La Land Clippers, 110-108; OKC’s Russell Westbrook led all scorers, with 29 pts.

What Category do I fit in? The 1st race Saturday at AQU. The 1st time starter #9 Thirsty Donnertag winz, $32.40. The 19 furlongs of workoutz in 19 days theory attained from the Dick Mitchell tapes. I have the VCR’s so what does that make me. Old School, Progressive, or High Octane. After that race I called Roofer to come and estimate new roof and insulation for my Glassed in back room. Where I keep lookout for Deer, Rabbitz, Racoonz, even protesterz. Why don’t Obama go to these Cities and speak. He likes that. Looters Locked Up. Wifeys Hackle Feathers are layin down but the Sour Grapez Look is still abound, Takin my AQU. money and takin her to Marriot next to the DENNYS you sat at while waitn to race horse speak in LEX? It is only 4 years, not the end of the world. Plot & Analyze as your friend Johnnie Rancont would say.

JOHN RANCONT contempt of inferiors, not entirely a bad thing. Some people do not know their role. They try to keep outsmarting the computer even though they are supposedly paying for its advice. That is a dilemma. We can play both sides, see Rancont’s contempt and the users wanting to outsmart the computer. Human nature is always the winner.
