Taking place last night at the arena in downtown La-La Land was the first I-5 Freeway Faceoff of your 2016-17 Big-League Ice-Hockey season; it was all one-way traffic, with your Anaheim Ducks in the driver’s seat the entire way, cruising to a 4-nil win over your Kings. Anaheim’s John Gibson here stopped all 30 shots he faced. The Kings have now failed to score in their last nine periods of play. Hoo-boy.
