And they were singing, ‘Bye, bye, Miss…’

It’s official: three-fourths of ’murrikans (real ’murrikans! not those fake ones, y’know?) love pie. Eat ’em up!

Free ones: No free tracks in play today. Regrets! Try back tomorrow.

Pay-side (Weekday/Weekend): Today…

Delpark 1, 2, 3, 8, 9
Louisiana 1
Woodbine 2, 4, 5

Today’s Stakes Pageantry: Delpark 8 is on the pay-side.

Yesterday’s Activity:

Track (Win Mutuels $20+/Gettable)

Fort Erie (2/1) — Race 3 was contentious, and very well should have been a public tout, except that Fort Erie Race Track in Fort Erie, Ont., Canada, does not have an early first post-time on Tuesday, and so the raceday scratches are not known by the time we need to post your ‘Tuesday Sniping’. Ah, pity. At any rate, Race 3 was contentious, and Sierra Angel had a good-enough 83 on the LifeLiner Speed Column analysis; ’Angel had to fly down from slightly off the pace, but she descended upon the wire in time, winning by 2½ and paying $55-even up top. Good work.

Finger (2/0) — Canandaigua man arrested for Boating While Intoxicated.

Fairmount (1/1) — The opener was not contentious, but High-Octane Chancers had to notice the unbeatable 99 on the LifeLiner Speed Column analysis on Strathallen. Strathallen rallied like the champion he should have been, winning by a clean neck at $22.40. Good work.

Indiana (0/0) — Missing Indpls. woman found safe.

Mountain (2/1) — The opener was contentious, and Table should have been a public tout, save for later-than-expected hours on the courts of tennis of Studio City, Calif. — such are the perils of playing on public facilities! — regrets! Anyway, Race 1 was contentious, and Table had a sufficient 86 on the LifeLiner Speed Column analysis. Table rallied like the champion he’s on his way to becoming, winning by a clean head at $24.20. Good work.

Keystone (2/0) — Fightin’ Phils beat visiting Atlanta, 5-1; solo HRs from Peter Bourjos (his 4th of the season), Cody Asche (4th), Maikel Franco (16th) and Tommie Joseph (9th).

Presque (0/0) — Discarded fireworks blamed for early-morning house fire on Erie’s east side.
