      No. That would be Philippe’s (a k a ‘Philippe the Original’). Or else Cole’s. It depends which version of La-La Land culinary history you believe. Recent digging suggests Philippe is indeed the original.

      As for Top Round, it is a Hipster Arby’s. It is good, though, not pretentious, and Dirty Fries are a La-La Land take on poutine.
