What’s the cross-street again?

Blue skies for a fleeting moment!

Free ones: Rundown…

Aqueduct 7, 8, 9
Gulfstream Park Proper 8, 9, 10
Santa Anita 4, 5, 7, 8

Pay-side (Weekend/Weekday): Today…

Fair Grounds 4, 8
Golden Gate 1, 6, 7
Turfway 1, 4, 5, 8, 9

Today’s Stakes Pageantry: None today, but the lawn tennis the tuneups for the Australian Open continue in Auckland, N.Z., with Caro Wozniacki going up against the up-and-arrived Sloane Stephens. Slow sports day. Sorry!

Yesterday’s Activity:

Track (Win Mutuels $20+/Gettable)

Delta (1/0) — Pity, too, since it was a near-$100 monster. Oh, well.

Gulf (1/1) — Second-best LifeLiner Speed Column analysis in the field in Race 5; however, the touting may have been for naught as there were strong, noncontentious signals from the Betting Line. Tough call, but a little imagination would have seen it through.

Thank you.

Mahoning (2/2) — Race 3 winner easily toutable, and would have been so via an earlier posting. Sad. Race 5 also makeable, courtesy of a top LifeLiner Speed Column analysis number; however, the touting may not have been easy since the race did not appear to be contentious. Again, perhaps these Betting Line suggestions of a noncontentious race are more imagined than real. We’ll see.

PennNat (3/2) — Race 1 debut issue was OK on the connection line in a contentious race, though had no Fair Odds on the Betting Line. Race 4 was the ‘Nocturnal Submission’ but the 50-1 winner was unmakeable. Race 7 winner was OK on LifeLiner Speed Column analysis in a contentious race; easy get.

Tampa (1/0) — Too tough. What are you gonna do?

WMF Report:

Early
Chas. Town 4½f, 6½f
Gulf 6f
Turfway 6f

Nocturnal Submission: Sifting through the wreckage…

Thank you. Best wishes. Goodbye. Drive safely.
