First Post: Monday, September 7, 2015
All right, all right, ya American Workersz! This is your day. For this one post, anyway, please, anyone to the right of Bernie Sandersz probably should not continue reading. This one post, anyway. After all, the Left gets its day in the U.S.A. here today. We can go back to the centre-left, centre, centre-right or right anytime after this post, OK? However, for this one post, please do not continue to read if you are in the John Birch Soc. or even if you have more-moderate leanings. Tyvm.
OK. Now that the sensitive mopesz on the right are not reading, go ahead and scrub on over to the 2:40 mark of this video for the lyrical allusion of the old Joe Hill/Wobblie song, ‘The Preacher & The Slave’:
‘Work all day,
Live on hay.
You’ll get pie in the sky
When you die.
’Work all day,
Live on hay.
You’ll get pie in the sky
When you die.’
Joe Hill, convicted murderer in Utah and executed for it. Joe Hill, martyr to the workers. One day for the left, but their heyday has gone for a long time now. Wobbliesz no longer a threat to Mgmt. Tyvm. We embrace no philosophy here, one way or the other; we merely recite elements of the History of the United States. We know it is important to know about all sides; not just one side or the other, but all sides. We can cover Joe McCarthy some other time. Today, it’s Joe Hill, his side. It is, after all, Labor Day. Tyvm.

Favored #4 Langara should be OK in Assiniboia 4.
Ditto #1 Salty Le Mousse in Blackfoot 8. That’s Blackfoot. Make a note of it.
A little more daring in Columbus 8, courtesy of these two longshots: #8 Scorcher, #6 Call Me Bubba.
Now that the raceday scratches have been revealed, #2 Annie’s Candy emerges as a live upset issue in Del Mar 8.
#3 Fear of the Cat seems legit in Hastings 4, but debut prospect #5 Timber King might be there too. Another well-meant debutante appears to be #6 Princess Katie in the fifth. #6 Torniador has the surprise probability in Race 6.
A cool 51°F in Edmonton, Alb., and #8 Bodhisattva can send a chill through the grandstand in Northlands 7.
Keystone 9 is not out of reach for #3 Officer Griffin. Same goes for outsider #1 Nellie Cashman at the other end of Penna., in Presque 5.
Yesterday’s Activity: Slightly better. Wmsz. sistas doin’ it for themselvesz! Only one of ’em can continue to the semis, though. Best wishesz.
