Hey! How’s all that hoopball going? Horserace freaksz and other assorted handicappers should shun the hoopball. How come?
Simple! Not enough of the element of chance in the hoopball. Too much direct manipulation of the ballsz. Same goes for American Gridiron Throwball. Overdependence on the palms and digits, a surfeit of control. Now, of course, what sort of control can horseplayers and other assorted handicappers expect? Exactly…bupkis!
This is why the hoopball and the American Gridiron Throwball should be abandoned by all good and rational horseplayers and other assorted handicappers. Our ilk should stick to the random, bouncy sportsz such as the ice-hockey and the fútbol. Baseball OK since a stick is involved. Tennis OK too, since the racquet is a proxy for the hand. But hoopball and American Gridiron Throwball are no good for the horseplayers or other assorted handicappers who want to begin to appreciate the role of chance and randomness in their gambling lives. As well, curling, especially women’s curling, is fantastic for chance. Also the women’s curling is absolutely lovely to view on the TV, way-better than watching the hoopball. Way.

How hard is it to overcome the 10% on the ballgames ? I know, that is one thing for sure, it is near impossible. Just take bets from 15 or 20 of your buddies and see how the 10 adds up thru the course of a year. That is why the Derby Wars is harder than it seemz. Just hope to qualify for a big money game and let it roll. Still if you win the cheap games so not spend money for big tournaments the 10 % makes it hard to overcome. They are exciting though. your get to use your imagination on your opposition at home where you can say things you don’t say in public! I enjoy them and I’ll continue pluggin along makin my .10 to .13 cents beatin the stock market.
