However, we can sidestep the top two morning-line choices in Sunland 9 and play #3 Bright Town, #1 Popalicious instead.

Some live longshots spice up the all-night stakes gumboa (gumboa!) at Delta. In Race 3, #2 Slew City Lou and #4 Patter Flatter can do it at fine odds. In the fourth, #9 Dolly Bonz and #1 Thar She Blows possess upset potential. Likewise #6 Diamond Cutter in Race 5. #1 Ollie Baby has a chance in Race 6. So does #8 Zarb’s Gift in the seventh. Three-to-five is your morning-line price on the prohibitive #1 Sunbean in Race 10, but it’ll be hard to dethrone him. Finally, Race 11 brings #3 Candiano to the starting gate with a little bit of hope to surprise.
