Shooting for the upset via #2 Silver City Sal in Sam Houston 8. A milder chalk-beater looks like #3 Code West in Oaklawn 8.

Yesterday’s Activity: Two touted horseys in Laurel 3, one the winner, the other finishing last. Howzat! That winner was Bonkersmate Silver Tie Affair, $25.60. Next race there, sole-touted Awesome Devine won at $13.60, and the natural daily double paid $344.40. Then in Race 7, it was Bonkersmate Tiger Distinction rallying to win at $31.60.

Needed more at Oaklawn, though. Maybe today.
