Today’s Stakes Pageantry: None today, but the Battle of Ohio takes place tonight, and this time the Dawgsz from the City of Moses Cleaveland are in with a shout. However, LeBron & Kylie are still sorting things out on the hardwood. Terrie Frankona has signed his extension, however.

Yesterday’s Activity: Nice one from Hawthorne Race Course, Race 7. Dandyman won gate-to-wire and returned $33.40 up top.

Dandyman was 15-1 on the morning line and just a shade above that in real life. He had no Fair Odds on a contentious V6 Betting Line; however, his LifeLiner Speed Column Analysis score of 85 was sufficient for consideration.

Also OK was Magic Empire ($18.80) in Remington 5.
