aahhh yes the famous chef Mr. Louis Diat– “garlic garlic and butter”. ya know if you poach those cloves peeled, then use it, it really is a tastier product. chef Bernard Loiseau(departed) poached the garlic several times for his famous (in english) “Sauteed Frog legs w/ pureed garlic and parsley”
and that “chef” didnt even show us how to really chop garlic chzzz(and garlic bread)
