Fighting for high ideals. Regardless of how it turns out nowadays, still the best nation to live in, to be yourself and be included.

To be able to attack and defend and play either side without having to compromise too much. Try that in some other country and see where that gets you. God Bless America.

Yesterday’s Activity: As always, Welcome to The Home of The Runner-Up finish, this time nearly led by sole-touted Road Trippin in AP 9.

Road Trippin, 20-1 on the morning line but with Fair Odds of 2½-1 on the conventional V6 Betting Line and a sufficient 83 on the LifeLiner Speed Column analysis, went off at 15-1 in real life and ran second, a dirty head behind the winner at the wire.

Similarly, Bonkersmate Black Mischief in GG 7, beaten half a length at 46-1 on the toteboard. Ah, well.

Similarly, lone-touted Kinginthecity in LaD 2, runner-up at 29-1, second-best to the 3-10 fave, who at least was OK on LifeLiner for a $33 saver perfecta.

Now for some winners. It took four touted horseys to grab the exacta in LS 6. The winner was First Bonkersmate Unbridled Sheriff at $16.80, and the runner-up was 7-1 top-touted Proud Image; the exacta returned $116.60.

Warren’s Clyde was sole-touted in the next race, and he won at $6-even.

Over at BelTerra, two touted races, three touted horses, two of which one.

The second of the winners was Bernies Princess in the finale, $10.80. The earlier winner was sole-touted Fitz Is Dancing.

Fitz Is Dancing, 20-1 on the morning line, was top on the V6 Betting Line at Fair Odds of 6-5, and second-best on the LifeLiner Speed Column analysis, 87.

In real life, Fitz Is Dancing went off at 51-1 and won by a grinding half-length, paying $105.20 up top.

Good job, ’Fitz. Thank you.

As always, hope you had ’em!
