Friday Night Frightsz!

Thought it was nothing more than a jetliner just flying low on approach to LAX…

Free ones: Rundown…

Calder / Gulf Gulf 7, 9, 12, 13
Santa Anita 9

Pay-side: Today…

Laurel 4, 7, 9
Oaklawn 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8
Sunland 7, 9, 11
Tampa 7
Turfway 4, 5

Today’s Stakes Pageantry: Gulf 9 & 13 on the free page.

FG 9 & 11 on the pay-side.

Uh-oh. #4 La Verdad is one of ’em Triple Threat Horseys in Aqu 8, the Broadway.

Back to New Orleans for Race 4, and #4 Closing Report should be able to stick it to ’em early, too.

Down at ’Gulf, #9 Ribo Bobo has the singular goods in Race 8, even though the race may appear to be more wide-open than that. Two races later there, #1 Aigue Marine also gets the solitary-tout treatment. Then in Race 11, tiptoeing around the morning-line fave via #8 Five Iron and #2 Salto. Same goes for Race 14: #1 Wildcat Red, #6 General a Rod.

At Santa Anita, Race 8 is the Grade III Tokyo City Cup, and #4 Segway is the preferred mild upsetter.

At Turf Paradise, #6 Tribal Gal deserves that top billing on the morning line in Race 3. Ditto #5 L. A. Weekend in the race immediately following.

Yesterday’s Activity: Two modest scores, both bet-down; indeed, the entire day was like that. Oh, well.

WMF Report:

Nocturnal Submission: Sifting through the wreckage…

Thank you. Best wishes. Goodbye. Take care now.
