Great article here about NFL Socialism. The one thing they forgot to mention regarding the League’s redistributive tendencies and its overall policy against inequality is how these professional American Gridiron Throwball games are scheduled. Ideally, the boffins in the NFL computer lab would have every team finish 8-8. Really! Unfortunately for them, intradivision games make that ideal an impossibility.

If there were European-style Darwinian promotion and relegation — survival of the fittest, elimination of the weakest — in the Socialist NFL, the Jagwiresz would have been in NCAA Div. II by now, and the ’Bama Crimson Tide fighting for a berth in the AFC or NFC Playoffs, not College Football Playoffs.

And the fat grasping (but big Ashkenazi-brained) Glazersz would have been relegated to the Arena League. Pity.
