Today’s Stakes Pageantry: Too good for the obvious #1 Reneesgotzip in Dmr 4, the Grade III Rancho Bernardo.
Mth 10 is the Grade III Iselin, and #7 Raging Daoust can stick his nose in there somewhere in the minor placings, if not more.
WO 9 is on the pay-side.
Uh-oh. Triple Threat Horsey status falls upon the longshot #6 Irish Mission in the Grade II Sky Classic, the sixth at Woodbine.
The obvious horseys make sense in EmD 6, the eponymous Distaff there, but #4 Royal Moses might have some kind of say in the payouts.
That’s the same scenario in the eighth there, the Grade III Longacres Mile: obvious top two, but #12 Winning Machine can do something about it.
Pick a number, any number, in Tdn 7, the Honey Jay. #9 Guilded Reward will be overlooked.
Yesterday’s Activity: Opener at Saunatoga, Fantastic Eyes (LifeLiner array: 60-68-86) ran to that but at a bet-down $10.40 win mutuel; her morning line was 8-1. What else is new?
As always, Welcome to The Home of The Runner-Up Finish, this time led by 27-1 Jazillion Smiles in the fourth at Gulf. LifeLiner array of 60-61-87 on her, giving her the rally style to beat all but one, only a length and a half to the bad. Winner was OK on LifeLiner, so the perfecta returned $70. There was a LifeLiner qualifier OK for third, too, with the trizacta paying $306 for $2.
Next race there, Bonkersmate Elusive Blueboy, 10-1 morning line and half that on the toteboard, ran to his connection line of 18pc/11pc/100pc, paying $12.20. Don’t worry, however, as top-touted Skarabajo ran last. Thanks a lot, Skarabajo. Thanks a lot.
Del Mar 5, four horseys selected, none win. Well, what did you expect? But the fave prevailed, and he was — like the other four — sanctioned by LifeLiner, and two of the touted quartet completed the trifecta: $63 exacta, $270 (for $2) trifecta.
Top-touted Carbonite ran second, but the winner was LifeLiner-approved: $77 exacta.
How’s this? Five — count ’em! — half of ten horseys touted for your third at Arlington. None won, but one almost won, finishing second at 17-1. Winner was favored and OK on LifeLiner: $130 exacta.
Backed into the win in the Arlington Million, via Real Solution ($18.80).
Ray’s Away came back OK in WO 6 at $14.60, off a morning line of 12-1. OK LifeLiners on the exactor ($83) and triactor ($316.80, for $2).
Finally, King of The NetCapper Bulliesz special in the last at Rexdale-Etobicoke Int’l. It was Tango Kid, 8-1 on both the morning line and in real life (finally!), ran down a wild 50-1 horsey to prevail at $18.10.

Video? Is that glamour? I wonder? What did I miss out on? Been picking “Kentucky Wonder” green beans & “How Sweet It Is” corn. To enjoy now & this winter. The corn is without a doubt “the Best”. The shucks are loose so birds will peck on the ends, that is when you pick it, why you don’t see it at Farmers Market. Ever get a chance “EAT ” while watchin thin people perform I’ll stay where I am at, but still lookin for an island???
Didn’t miss Trainer Tricks, Seminar in a Box, or Dick Mitchell’s Tapes {lots of tricks there also}. Who Knew??? Finally, ELP! Ready to give up. Maybe got even Sun. KEE–a gimmick Racetrack now, Compared to SAR. meet???
