On the other hoof, eventual winner #1 Miss Valentine was fourth-ranked on the Betting Line — without fair odds, even! — yet the exciting new LifeLiner Speed Column Analysis put her at the top, with the notorious 99 rating, the only horsey scoring 80 or better in that regard. Now what?
