Your Saturday Stakes Sweep: April 30, 2011

Eight on the docket this afternoon.

The Grade III Derby Trial goes as Churchill‘s eighth, and #2 Travelin Man appears set to reach his destination, the winner’s circle. Probably.

Calder‘s ninth is the Grade III Miami Mile, and it’s on the free page.

We step out with a real shocker in the seventh at Golden Gate, the Grade III San Francisco Mile. #4 Baton Roo rates an upset chance.

The Grade III Wilshire is the eighth at Hollypark, and you’ll find it among the free ones.

It looks quite good for #9 Baletti in the ninth at Pimlico, the Henry Clark. Ditto #4 Roxy Gap in the sixth at Woodbine, the Fury.

Over to the Turf Paradise, Race 3, the Joanne Dye, where #1 Gotta Skedaddle has the surprise in prospect. In the eighth there, the Patterson, call to #1 Hidden Bounty for the unexpected score.

Thank you. Best wishes for a prosperous Saturday!
