Disappointing card, for a change, at Tampa. Too bad. But if you can make it to Hot Springs (actually or virtually), you should be entertained for your entire afternoon. And if you can sit through the whole six-hour card (!) at Turfway, there are bookends there, with a decent late-double opportunity.
