Preakness Day for the first & last time at Laurel, Md., today, and #1 Limo (.267 / 2.75 / 3.27) got the luxury ride to the wire at $11.40 in the third; #3 Naabaahii (.170 / 4.88 / 5.88) completed your winning $49.40 exacta whose premium price was $44.99. In Race 9 there, #6 Turf Star (.234 / 3.27 / 4.00) got the leading part at $10-even; next race there, #4 Fort Washington (.324 / 2.09 / 2.61) won it for Pennsylvania at $7.80; your winning $48-even daily double had a premium price of $36.10.
Race 5 out of Oceanport, N.J., was won for Jm. Hilton by #2 Lost Horizon (.263 / 2.80 / 3.45) at $8.20.
Your No. Randall, Ohio, opener had #1 Mails Here (.331 / 2.02 / 2.53) with the prompt delivery at $9.20; in Race 8, #4 Vodka N Gingerale (.178 / 4.62 / 5.57) was the winning tonic at $12-even.
