Everything feels better after the usual regimen of laps. Posture improves, the spine lengthens, the midsection hollows-out, the abs threaten to show themselves. It’s like active pilates / stretching, but with a little cardio component plus the bit of resistance provided from pulling the strokes through the water. As well, the nighttime slumber improves dramatically.
