Good afternoon still from the warm & bone-dry Golden West, where the average relative humidity has been around 20 percent for the last several days. Dry skin, chapped lips, contact lenses trying to cry for moisture in the air, any! But in a couple of days here, we’ll be receiving our first significant rainfall of this year’s alleged El Niño now.
