BestLine Racing Society Recap:
For today, Saturday, it was Delta, Gulf, Keeneland, Laurel, Santa Anita & Woodbine.
At Hallandale Beach, Fla., #8 Shastree (.292 / 2.42 / 3.11) shook-up Race 3 at $12.60. Then in a Race 5 lousy with first-timers, #4 Lace Up (.314 / 2.18 / 2.82) was sufficiently indelicate in an $8-even win.
Race 3 at Lexington, Ky., saw #5 Stretch Ride (.324 / 2.09 / 2.70) arrive at the winner’s circle at $21.32.
In Race 3 at Arcadia, Calif., #2 Calm Sea (.316 / 2.16 / 2.80) went off at 4-1 but paid $5.80 in a dead heat for the win.
Finally, over to Etobicoke Int’l., where #2 Jill (.132 / 6.58 / 9.61) won Race 7 for Jill St. John, Jill Clayburgh, Jill Ireland & Jill Arrington but not the First Lady (after all, this took place in a foreign country!) at $23.50.
