For us, this is a wild pattern; we never get this level of Peak (Red) zoning. What happened!
The speculation here is that yesterday’s resistance-training sesh resulted in a long-lasting period of EPOC, also known as Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption. There were maybe 15-16 hrs. between the end of the weights last night and the aerobic-type singles tennis this morning. The fitness tracker was abnormally high, compared with the usual readings, for the entirety of the 90-min. tennis; the only difference we could observe was the presence of the weight-training the night before. Maybe?
If so, we should like to repeat this effect after our next resistance-training; to do that muscle-work later in the evening, followed by the tennis early in the morning, such that the Peak (Red) zone measurements go sky-high again. We shall let you know!

Finally, Race 2 at New Cumberland, W.Va., found #1 Hammer and Jammer (.374 / 1.67 / 2.21) and #5 Orchard Road (.129 / 6.75 / 9.85) combining on your winning $80.20 exacta whose premium price was $47.95. Next race there, #1 Honey Bourbon (.117 / 7.55 / 10.97) and #10 Too Crowded (.159 / 5.29 / 6.55) combined on your winning $186.60 exacta whose premium price was $165.64.
