All right, all right, ya’ Jeopardy! Tournament of Champeens lovers! Take it easy! The competition begins today. Who ya’ got?
The contestants have to sit in the Green Room until they are summoned. Five episodes are taped each day, and you might be sitting around from early morning to deep in the afternoon if you are playing on an episode that airs on Thursday or Friday. It’s probably similar to how baseball players have to wait out a rain delay in the clubhouse or how deadlocked juries deal with sequestration. Alas, no boozing, no orgies; more or less just nervous energy. Now, share with us your TOC experiences!
Yesterday:
Aqueduct 9
#5 Independence Hall ($21.20, BestLine Fair Odds 5.37-1)
Los Alamitos 1
#6 Seatoshiningsea ($20.40, BestLine Fair Odds 3.98-1)
Santa Anita 6 (Low-Priced Overlay of the Day)
#5 Taishan ($8.40, BestLine Fair Odds 2.18-1)
There were seven selected Woodbine races yesterday. There were 18 win-overlay wagers, and absolutely bupkis, a complete bloodbath. Worse than not making it to the semifinals of the TOC. Shambolic.

N.B. Atomic warheads extreme sour are literally and figuratively the bomb. Pop some in your mouth and you are bound to be quick on the buzzer/signaling button/lockout device when you participate in the TOC.
Today:
Mountain 6, 7. High-quality play in the TOC, which always is a treat to watch.
