All right, all right, ya’ Breeders’ Cup lovers! Take it easy! They are turning Santa à PETA into CosPlay for Horse-Huggers today and tomorrow. Oh, the humanity! Of all the things in this Universe, they finally fetishized the racetrack; they’ve gone and done it. It used to be filled with Damon Runyon characters and genuinely pedigreed snobs and patricians; and they all coexisted without attracting undue attention to their sacred selves. There was an effortless grace about it all. Now, the racetrack is just like any other Museum of Ice Cream ‘experience’ for the people. It’s CosPlay and Peloton and doin’ it for the ’gram. It, the racetrack, used to be enough on its own; but no more. Same goes for music concerts and baseball games and fine and casual dining — you name it. FFS, people are fetishizing their visits to the emergency room now! Make it go away. Please stop. Thank you.
That said, it has to be Delta, Races 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. These might be easier or better (or both) than the CosPlay for Horse-Huggers. You never know. Discover by doing!
