Yesterday was Columbus Day, and you know that meant bad news for the two teams with indigenous nicknames left in the béisbol. First off, the Indians were done in for good by Houston, and then Los Doyers finished off the Braves with Mannie Manchando here (Mannie Manchando #1 always!) helping pour it on. R.I.P., Chief Wahoo. Have a good time in that big powwow in the sky, Chief Noc-A-Homa. We miss your wickiup.
Again, next time the Indians or the Braves are playing on Columbus Day, side heavily with their respective opponents. Also applicable to the ’murrikan Gridiron Throwball teams such as Wash., D.C., and Fla. St. Univ. etc. Thank you.

Contentious at the Mountain in Races 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 9. Race 4 seems to be the contest with the least degree of contentiousness. We’ll see.
